Hi! We’re Nate and Alli Hayes, owners and operators of Hayes Properties in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Nate grew up in Florida before graduating high school in Oklahoma, while Alli was born and raised here. We married in 1997 and made Broken Arrow our home in 1999. Today, we’re proud to call it home alongside our son and granddaughter.

Nate has spent his career in the automotive industry and opened Team-One Automotive in Broken Arrow in 2007. Alli has worked in real estate for more than 24 years, serving the Tulsa Metro and greater Green Country area.

When it came time to invest for our future, we knew we wanted to invest in real estate while also supporting the community we love.

Hayes Properties began in 2008 with one rental home and a goal of someday owning ten. Today, we own 24 homes in Broken Arrow, with the same focus we had from the beginning: providing clean, safe, well-maintained, accessible, and affordable places for people to call home.

As a family-owned and operated business, we believe in keeping our investment local. Nate serves as the general contractor for our remodels, and we work with locally based HVAC, handyman, painting, flooring, electrical, and other service professionals. Many of these relationships have lasted more than 18 years, helping us provide our tenants with dependable, consistent service.

Alli oversees the properties alongside her leasing team, making sure our tenants and homes are well cared for.

For us, Hayes Properties is about more than owning rental homes. It’s about taking care of people, supporting local businesses, and investing in the Broken Arrow community that has given our family so much.
