Hi! We’re Nate & Alli Hayes, Owners/Operators of Hayes Properties in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Alli was born and raised in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Nate grew up in Florida but graduated high school in Yukon, OK before moving to Broken Arrow in 1999. We met in 1996, got married in 1997, and welcomed our son, Bishop, shortly after.

Nate has always been in the automotive industry and eventually took the leap to open Team-One Automotive in Broken Arrow in 2007. Alli has been in real estate for over 21 years in the Tulsa Metropolitan and Greater Green Country areas. When it came time to invest for retirement, we knew two things: we wanted to invest in real estate and we wanted that investment to support the community we both love so much.

Hayes Properties started in 2008 with one house and a goal of acquiring a total of ten. Today, we have 24 houses in Broken Arrow and take pride in offering safe, clean, accessible, and affordable housing.

We take pride in being a family-owned and operated business that supports other small businesses in town and builds relationships within the Broken Arrow community. Nate is the General Contractor on all remodels that Hayes Properties takes on. All contractors we work with are Broken Arrow-based local businesses, including HVAC, handyman, paint, and electrical. We’ve worked with most of them for over 16 years, and we’re proud to say our tenants benefit from the consistency and quality of those relationships. Alli manages the houses, ensuring tenants are well cared for and operations run smoothly.
